Yes, creators can block ads by specifying the url, excluding general categories (think Apparel, Vehicles, etc.), or excluding sensitive content (Religion, Politics). I doubt VPN and crypto have their own categories though, so it might be difficult to round up all their ad urls.

What games do you like to play other than Stardew Valley?
