Maybe that would be the point. They brake you completely by making you shave it all off. Then when it grows back, they remind you that they let you. That in a way, they own your hair and can do what they want with it. Just another reminder of who owns you and what the punishment might be.

Mmm nice! Show them every bunch of hair you cut off her. Hopefully they have amazing hair and love it. Eventually she will cry and beg for it to stop. But I won't until she either had an ugly haircut or no hair

Ive always like the idea of getting my head shaved for a domme. Ive really liked the idea of cutting or shaving a subs hair as an ultimate punishment.
