I saw this post quote reposted yesterday and then had to laugh when the episode of the drama I was watching had the characters standing so close together 😂 (More properly referencing the second post in the quoted thread, it is of course on purpose, but still funny!)

My writing partner, alchemicink, wrote an absolutely delightful Hiei/Kurama (YuYu Hakusho) fic! ❁

What is Small Web September? Small Web September (is it too early for an abbreviation? Feel free to use SWS for short xD) is a chill, friendly and open event for anyone who'd like to make progress on their small web project(s) to join and share ideas, trade tips, and post progress. A small web project can be anything from a personal site/indie archive or shrine to a webring or directory, a list of resources you wanted to create, a coding how-to, maybe a set of icons or badges - the sky's the limit! As long as it's small web-related (by the definition helpfully offered in our comm intro post), it's suitable and we'd love you to join and work on it during SWS. Welcome to Communal Creators, a place to band together to help each other start, work on, or finish a project in September and October. Why those months? Because while National Novel Writing Month in November made sense, once upon a time, it is a very inconvenient time to many people. Backing the timeline out to after school starts but before the push of the holidays for many was my intention. Timeline will be that the official creation period will run from September 15th to October 15th. You CAN use projects that existed before this point, but only log the effort that goes into it during the creation period. You may also double-dip -- use this time to finish, begin, work on things for other events! What are acceptable creations? ANYTHING.

I think it used to work because I have an eBay account created several years ago with a user.name@gmail account (instead of my actual username@gmail account) and I do get emails still from
eBay, but I tried the . method a few years ago for something else and it didn’t, so all in all very confusing

Welcome baba mouse & sister mouse. (A little awkward because I was trying to figure out a reason to show off baba mouse’s tattoos so I guess he’s pulling on a shirt?)

Okay but cycling back to this still shot from the forthcoming Exhuma, I still can’t get over the vibes. Big sis and squishy little bro. ♡ Feeling very intense about this as a platonic ship for some reason!! (No clue about the character relations in the actual plot; I guess I should go look that up.)

Next to him, there’s a sudden crash, and muffled words obscuring the Japanese he can’t quite catch; Euijoo looks over and has to bite back a grin. “Fuma-kun,” he says, eyes sliding from the smashed pumpkin remains spread over the ground to Fuma’s flustered expression, “I guess I’m not the worst at cutting vegetables this time.”

Okay, not too bad for a first try. (I didn’t have any kind of thing-to-mark-fabric-while-sewing-that-comes-off-easy so I used some old crayons markers the make the grid…they say washable, right? 😂
My jeans with a patch over the left knee. It’s an attempt at a sashiko-inspired flower stitch pattern in light brown over the faded blue denim. A visible dot grid of teal marker dots can be seen through the flower pattern.

This is very pointless but I’m kind of pleased by the way the app icons in the social folder look/the colours ♡
The social app folder in the app gallery on iOS, displayed are discord (the cherry blossoms icon), toot! (the trans flag icon) and bluesky (blue sky with clouds). Smaller are Twitter (still blue with a bird, not updated!), Tumblr (the current icon is the purple one with the pink-gold metallic t), line (green) and KakaoTalk (the blue sky with clouds icon). Yes, I do massage the list by turning some off in search!
