Our Sweet Winter crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Sunday. I know she was looking down beating her tail, while her buddy Maxie (a stray cat she loved to play with despite his hissing!) watched over her! He protected her body until she was able to go to the funeral home. Brought her dead birds and bugs.

Going to be a long 10 days trying to nurse Winter! Our sweet baby caught Parvo from the stray cats.

I’ve not had much of an appetite lately but My kids and husband made sure I ate good today for my Birthday 🎂 I’ve ate a ton! Now they want homemade banana cream pie ice cream and cheesecake!

Productive Day in the Kitchen! Prepped my salad and hard boiled eggs for lunch for the week. Baked fresh Brioche rolls and a Herb Cheese Bread. Dinner was an Applewood marinated Bacon Pork Tenderloin with Mac and Cheese and Garlic Parmesan Green Beans. A 7up Lemon pound cake for dessert.
