I practice mindfulness. There's a few different methods but it's basically concentrating on the little things in the here and now. Instead of meditation it's the opposite. You notice everything around you, see, hear and feel.

He doesn't care, 25% higher prices on groceries and goods mean nothing to him. He only wants the wealthy to succeed. He doesn't like people that get captured, people that defend the Capitol or anyone poor.
