Ahhh so we swapped places. I moved up here from the south. And while I prefer being north the food leaves so much to be desired. But hopefully I can impart a lil flavor.

Me and my mom don’t agree on the best gumbo. She likes hers red and I prefer that greenish brown color.😂 but I’ll make hers
