I was MamaBearRus on Twitter before it became a Shitter.
What is the "right look"? Some people have beautiful eyes but it has nothing to do with color. Some people have cold and dull eyes. As a child I hated my blue eyes 😂

Honestly, until this commercial I did not think Sydney Sweeney was blue-eyed. I still don't think so. There are blue eyes and there are undefined light colored eyes. The could've had a dark skinned model with striking blue eyes and less eugenic text

Astronomical twilight - sun is 18 degrees below horizon. Nautical - 12 degrees below. Civil twilight is 6 degrees below, and you are right, it's pretty light. However daylight time starts at sunrise and sunrise would be at 4:48 around summer solstice.

In the high northern latitudes ( and I used to live in such latitudes) there is no much difference between ST and DST in summer because sun is up most of the day anyway. But it makes a huge difference in fall and winter.

sun does not come up at 3am in SF. Sun is 18 degrees below horizon at astronomical twilight. Probably in Alaska they will have sun coming up at 3 am at standard time in June but since there is no night time anyway it won't make much of a difference

Human perception of twilight is much closer to civil twilight than the astronomical one. And they were talking about the daylight which starts at sunrise - it will be around 4:48 am at ST in San Fransisco at summer solstice.

I am not sure where you have day light from 3am to 9pm but in general we need more sunlight in the mornings for serotonin production and less daylight in the evening for melatonin production.

I'd take dark at 5pm over dark til 9 am every time.

It's like I knew I was going to vote exclusively for Democrats in this election and I refused straight ticket voting because I enjoyed voting for each of Democratic candidates individually.

Or a dog.

Yes to all of this if I can replace Agatha Christie novel with a different book. I would also need my dog and a cozy plaid.

Not quite but close. Russet - because it's his color and he is a couch potato (when he is not walking or chasing squirrels or bouncy balls).

Russet is being a good boy :) Daughter decided to to marching band this year and it's not only huge time commitment but a lot of driving and volunteering for me. Tomorrow is a big day - Bands of America Grand Nationals, both semi-finals and finals in one day. And it will be the end of the season
