You can see her cloudy eyes here- and the cause has finally been identified! she was recently diagnosed with feline herpes, causing conjunctivitis. she’s happy and healthy, but the eye scarring is permanent.

this is super cool. maple is a dilute coloration, which also means she lacks pigment in a part of her retina. this makes her eyes flash red while eden’s flash a more typical green!
