This is gonna be hard because I may have to re learn a few of my art tactics but already with these sketches I can tell I’m happier with how they feel and apply to my own personality.

Cartoons!! It actually almost made me cry in frustration as I looked at my art and realized how draining it made me feel to stick to such strong guidelines and I think as I continue on (especially with trying to go to college for animation) I want myself to be happy with where I am in my art.

I have been struggling a lot with my art style and haven’t been happy because I’ve realized I’ve never had FUN because I was so strict with anatomy. But these past few days I’ve been watching so many YouTube short films and other animation projects and I’ve realized how much I love the look of-
