my gym doesn't have a pool and it's too cold (i'm making excuses) to swim in the ocean rn

my intention was 1/2 a chicken breast, 1/2 a bagel, then a normal 3-4mi run

but while the chicken was cooking
a cookie sounded good
and then the bread looked good
and then i put a whole bagel in the toaster

terrible

remember when i got rid of my bed
