Thanks, I've had this idea for years and I finally got around to drawing it! I mean, to me Rotor really has a great design! And it lends itself to express more of his characterization. Hope to draw more of him! ლ⁠(⁠^⁠o⁠^⁠ლ⁠)

I also thought of and idle pixel animation in the water where Rotor blows air bubbles for Sonic to breathe, since Walruses can store oxygen. He would blow bubbles for him! (*^_^*)

My inicial idea for implementing Rotor in the games is having him aid Sonic going through the water sections much faster, and having the levels be extra challenging in the speedy water sections. Similar to how Tails lifts Sonic to fly.
