Idea: Emily's New Coaches, but instead of having to push Oliver off a crossing, a "Emperor of the North" style sequence occurs where Emily has to push a broken-down Oliver (who would have been pulling a goods train) into a passing loop, narrowly avoiding a collision with Thomas in the process.
