The Supreme Court seems to be saying that Congress has no authority to control the executive. That whole branch of government is impotent. Therefore the third branch of government must also be impotent. Thus they mean that the courts have no power over the President, either. CAN THEY SPELL KING?

If I understand his statement, he’s claiming that shooting drug dealers on sight without warning or trial is a standard piece of government business. That means that he could have a soldier shoot you where you stand and claim to have a list of drug dealers in his pocket and your name is on it.
