Hope you're right mate, but wasn't this exactly the same reaction to Moshiri coming in. There's no guarantees, just hope the new owners are switched on in terms of creating a proper structure for the club to progress. Moshiri as the main man made a lot of poor decisions.

Beckham didn't have pace but a glorious right foot. McNeils strength is creating a little space then whipping in quality crosses. Not saying he is Beckham-esque, but he's similar in his approach to wing play and does have quality. I'd swap DMc and IN'D roles to see if it's more effective.
