No kidding. We just recently moved to the Cincinnati area, and a private equity firm apparently owns over 70 Frisch’s franchises in the area and purposely stopped paying the rent on the buildings and judges ended up ordering over 70 of these restaurants to close. Hundreds lost their jobs.
