So, I have my brand new Switch 2 and I haven't really played anything on it yet. Instead, I'm hooked on playing Terraria with my wife. Just reached Hardmode and there is all new gear I need to collect. Curse these games.

So cool to see Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 nominated for GOTY (even if I haven't played it yet!).

I'm bummed out. UPS delayed my Switch 2. It got to my city, but it looks like it missed the truck, at least that is what I'm hoping. Still waiting on an updated delivery day.

The free weekend for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is over, and I feel a little empty. Only 5 hours and I want to play more. I want to wait for a bigger sale on the gold edition, but I'm so tempted.

I spent a little over 5 hours playing Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 for the free weekend. Combat will definitely take some getting used to. Other than that, I had a lot more fun in this game than expected. The alchemy and blacksmithing were my highlights. Re-adding to my wishlist.

I did it. I pulled the trigger on the Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle with my reward points. Guess I will be playing Metroid Prime 4 on Switch 2.

Still playing Arc Raiders. I was finally able to go on a run with my own gear and return safely. Woot! It's the small things sometimes.

I'm glad I keep forgetting that my credit card has a reward point system. I was looking into getting new noise cancelling headphones for work until I realized I could also get a Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle. I might be getting a Switch 2 sooner than I expected.

Spent 3.8 hours diving into Arc Raiders today and I’m hooked. Still rocking the free kits while I get my bearings, but making good progress. Reached level 4, leveled up Scrappy the Rooster to level 2, and built all but one crafting station. Loving the game flow so far!

I decided to pause playing Arc Raiders today to spend some time in Terraria with my wife. She got news yesterday that her grandmother suffered a minor stroke, so I'm doing what I can to help her take her mind off things. Thankfully, her grandma appears to be recovering well.

I'm so exhausted, but I'm really hoping I have enough energy when I get home from work. I got Arc Raiders for free with my GPU, and it looks like a lot of fun. Never played an extraction shooter, so we will see how this goes tonight, maybe.

Weekend gaming plans are to relax and manage some dino parks in Jurassic World Evolution 2. With the 3rd having just released, I remembered I never played 2 yet. Going to play this until Arc Raiders releases later this week.

Second week at the new job and it is pure information overload at this point; but I'm loving it and everyone is being very understanding. This has been a major anxiety and stress reduction from my last job.

I wrapped up the Chapter 2 story content in Dune Awakening. I'm really enjoying this alternate time line and looking forward to how the story progresses.

Dune Awakening has sunk its claws back into me. Finally getting around to finishing the main story up to the new chapter 2 content. Was not expecting that twist. Now I'm working on the chapter 2 story.

I had a nice day yesterday visiting with family and getting shopping done for my work office. Especially nice getting to hang out with this angel. I'm not a huge dog person, but my father-in-law's new dog is the sweetest.
