Tested the demo real quick on my S24+ in GameNative. It worked pretty flawlessly. Even controller support was working.
Note: I have a telescopic controller for my phone I just kept the onscreen display on for demonstration purposes.

Oh and you can access this limit on a Samsung phone (older models may not have this feature) through:
settings > digital wellbeing and parental controls
then scroll down to app timers > view list
You can also limit by category with presets.

Harder to setup than a steam deck for sure, but supposedly you can use mods like chao garden extended. I haven't tested this myself in GameNative.

And if you don't have a pc, but do have a android phone you can use something like gamenative to download the game files and setup crossandroid. I only have the base game though, so idk if the dlc is compatible.

The only reason I "watched" it last year was to get one of those handheld pc's, but now I basically have one on my Galaxy S24 thanks to GameNative.

Firefox mobile seems to be blocking that method, because Waterfox (a Firefox fork with no ai bs, although I did have to disable ml in the mobile browser, but that probably just needs to be reported, because the desktop version disables this by default) let's me access said page.

I had no idea one of the devs was literally defending Usagi. That definitely confirms that they knew and I once again will be ignoring this project.

Welp Google/Samsung have completely broken file permissions in Android. None of my apps can set new folders anywhere now except app containers for all of my emulators. Some of them can't even find the games folder anymore.
This even includes things like Microsoft word, password managers, etc
