Not long ago the entirety of the Arkansas congressional delegation supported USAID, and lobbied the USDA to buy Arkansas rice. Literally, tens of thousands of lives have been saved with Arkansas rice. Is our current delegation still advocating for Arkansas farmers trying to help feed the world?
