3/3 The ONLY feature of the original design that I actually LIKE is the blue waves subtly representing a bare butt... so I miss that. Either way, I'm never going to buy or wear anything with this symbol unless it also includes clear wording such as "naturist" or "nudist"... but that's just me.

2/3 As for the redesign, I think the sun has been greatly improved. The original sun almost vanishes on a white T-shirt, so I prefer the richer color, the filled-in sphere, and the bolder rays.

1/3 We all know what opinions are like (hint: everybody has one), and here's mine. While I've never cared for the symbol or its "secret handshake" ambiguity, I give credit where it's due. I'm impressed by how widely recognized it has become, and it seems to fill a need.

I'm at ease when I'm either fully clothed or fully nude. I'm self-conscious and insecure about my appearance when I'm shirtless with pants or a swimsuit on.
