Well, I've never had poutine but was raised on "coneys", aka "chili dogs".

Some unsolicited advice:
I think that Sonic recipe is sus but whatever.

Chili: no beans, mince the beef fine, tiny chopped onions (for adding when serving). Shouldn't run.

Dogs: small!

Cheese: optional
