I am having one heck of an asthma attack. Rescue inhaler is allowing laboured wheezing but breathing hurts. Stress and being out of shape are a wicked combo.

Here's a picture of Rusty moments before he bolted and nearly knocked me on my butt. Instead, I took a step back and sank my foot ankle deep into a squishy puddle. This stinky fur-beast is ridiculously strong.

Fibromyalgia is an absolute beast. There are some days when my clothes hurt. There are days where I feel really good, and then I over-do it and regret my vigor the next day. Or three. When every movement uses up so much energy, you really have to ration it out.

Happy 11th birthday to Lolita! She "hunts" and brings me yarn, socks, washcloths, stuffies and whatever else strikes her fancy. She yowls like a banshee, aggressively flops, demands head scratches, and drools when she's happy. Her favorite treats are churus and cereal milk
