Finally found a World's Smallest Jace vs. Vraska set. I think I might have a little problem.
It's crazy that after sleeving the 98 for this deck, sleeving the commanders felt like I was handling ridiculously oversized cards.

Print an insert that will hold your cards inside the normal deck boxes you designed for your other decks. See room for improvement, refine the design, and test it out after dinner for a perfect fit.

Figure out you can't do a great job with just a straight edge. Start 3d designing a jig to use with leftover V-Slot extrusion.

Realize you need sleeves for your baby cardboard. Check and find out none exist except postage stamp sleeves that fit badly. Figure out that your wood burner can do a reasonable job cutting and sealing a new edge on a sleeve.
