He is a pale imitation of a negotiator, whose intent is not to actually come forth in good faith, but rather demean and mock to break spirits. Aragorn will be the only one able to properly negotiate with him. Speaking of him, he is one of three figures clad in capes - white, dark green, and green - who are on horseback as well, backs to us. Shame to have them be the Democrats in this situation cause like these guys actually fight, the Dems are more like Denethor, but eh still, I gotta roll with what I got.
