If you are asking about the screencap choice, I always pick a favorite moment (or least favorite at times) as my thumbnail choice for the review online. If this was about Glen, he was the host, he has no relation to the character prior to this series of appearances.

Not shocked about Emil & Devon. As for Michael, while I never expected him to take over WU, he had a quiet charisma, confidence and improved a lot as a performer. His firing is just weird, unless we’re getting sketch vets mainly + some others are cut/leaving soon.
