I’ve been building models kits in the evenings to keep my hands limber (and limit doomscrolling.) I bought him because he was pretty. First kit I’ve done since high school (not including a half finished HG Barbatos 6th form. And Blokees don’t count; no tools needed.)

Our old place was so remote they’d see strange cars maybe twice a year. Now we’re on a paved road, and there’s multiple cars a day to be barked at, especially the white trucks going to the power station down the road aways. White trucks are the worst.

I miss the canyons and bluffs at our other property. All we have here are some unenthusiastic hills.
