Nope! Probably got away with it knowing that it’s still around

It was codenamed that. Hence the “AGB”, but it could be just another “GCN” moment.

Knowing how much the game awards is ran by the AAA publishers and crappy journalism websites, expect the ones that everyone wants to win, not win because of that.

The true game awards is The Golden Joysticks.

Hopefully. As of now, i’m giving positivity towards this transmission, and wished everyone the best.

Eh, you got a point. I think CO had too little manpower for such a big project

Yes it is!

Sadly, this is PDX’s SimCity 2013…
November 17, 2025 at 11:07 PM
From what we’re hearing, it’s the end for this franchise, unless Iceflake knows what they’re doing (which they should since the’ve been part of PDX since 2020, and no longer making mobile games).

How is the change-over going to be handled? Like both studios are around 0.1 miles from each other, CO can help get the new studio up and going prior to going their own ways.

Ive been playing it, you’re not missing anything. SOOOO many regressions and game breaking bugs that it actually mirrors Roller Coaster Tycoon World on how much is broken
November 17, 2025 at 11:02 PM
Yeah, this game has probably a few more updates and like 2-3 more DLC before shutting development down.

The upcoming DLC are not included in the Ultimate Edition, so that would confirm that this game is done ($90 for a pre-order edition, when many thought it was a bundle containing all future DLC)

Another failure for Paradox’s Publishing department. They should just stick to making grand strategy games.
November 17, 2025 at 10:57 PM
Yup. many are saying that this is mirroring KSP2. Game’s pretty much dead and this new studio is most likely there for “maintenance mode” support

More like a shot for a Zelda ad for Nintendo Power than high quality cosplay
November 17, 2025 at 5:26 PM
Mainly modeling it of The LOTR trilogy (like everything from all 3 movies being made at once, shot in an untouched part if New Zealand is all being done with the Zelda movie)

At the time it was one of the worst, yet it later became a cult classic and after more information on how bad the production (as well as the production team) was, it made it more apparent that we weren’t going to get anything better than that from the beginning.

Nintendo at least gives things a shot even though the chance of failure is higher and is more risky vs other studios where they just release (and rerelease) the same game, or a sequel just because new ideas are riskier and failure is higher
