Is it that Lefties spent so much time fussing over specific words and their meaning? It’s got to the point where you can’t say anything without offending someone.

We have well established systems to penalize criminals for their acts. We put criminals in jail to protect society from them and to act as a deterrent.

If you cross the border illegally, you are committing a crime that is punishable by up to six months in federal prison.

Weak people like you are the reason that civilizations collapse
October 13, 2025 at 11:19 PM
No, we call them criminals
October 13, 2025 at 11:19 PM
I’m sorry you have a problem with basic logic

Illegal: someone not legally allowed in the country.

Alien: someone not a naturalized legal resident of said country.

Sorry if those words are hurty ❤️‍🩹.

I prefer my agricultural workers legal residents, and the rest deported.

Illegally crossing the border is punishable by up to six months in prison, not a job with free healthcare.
October 13, 2025 at 10:58 PM
Technically yes.
It’s a silly parallel to draw, but you broke the law. Therefore you acted criminally.

Other misdemeanors:
Domestic battery & assault
Assault with a deadly weapon

Are these not criminal acts because they’re “only misdemeanors”? I expect Feminists would disagree.

So the Prosecutor says
October 13, 2025 at 10:51 PM
What’s that got to do with spending $8-9Bn in CA taxpayer dollars of CA on free healthcare for illegal non-residents?
October 13, 2025 at 10:50 PM
No. You’re an illegal alien if you enter the country without authorization.

Jaywalking is not strictly “legal” of course.
October 13, 2025 at 10:48 PM
What’s your point?
October 13, 2025 at 4:01 PM
Capitalism is a flawed system, except when compared to every other system.

The indictment says she rented it to another family “right after” closing on the loan. She charged them rent and collected it.
October 13, 2025 at 3:33 PM
What disinformation?

It is spelled out in the published indictment. Everyone here can Google it and read it themselves.

Calling out posts that lie for political effect is not trolling… it’s holding a community to basic standards of honesty before others become influenced by their misinformation.

Jesus. Ask ChatGPT. I already gave the numbers. Do your own homework.

What’s so hard to prove.
She got a cheaper loan by claiming it as her second home. Then she turned right around and rented it out. Both clearly documented. This one’s a slam dunk.

No smart business person throws good money after bad.

And every $ that @governor.ca.gov gets he pisses away on trains to nowhere and healthcare for non-citizens.

Why on earth do you think you deserve another single $USD???

You inherited a huge surplus. And look at what you’ve done with it. Moron.

She has a pattern of mortgage dating back many years. This is the first of several charges they could bring.

I graduated from Harvard with an AB in Economics and Philosophy. I’m far from the smartest person I know, but that’s how I keep learning.
October 13, 2025 at 3:22 AM
Why can’t you do your own homework?

The probe originated from a April 2025 criminal referral by Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte, who flagged potential issues across multiple James properties (e.g., a decades-old Brooklyn brownstone misrepresented as having fewer units and a 2023 Norfolk purchase).
October 13, 2025 at 3:16 AM
Post-closing records, including lease agreements and rental listings, show the property was advertised and leased as an investment, violating the rider’s terms. This resulted in a financial benefit to James of $18,933 over the 30-year term.
