Movies at the cinema were a treat and the TV was usually turned on after dinner for a short period during the week, and in the morning during breakfast on weekends.
Somewhere along the line we have all been conned into this almost dystopian existence of social isolation and lack of choice.

Suggest just supporting local businesses where you can. With regard to entertainment, I'm a GENX'er, we hardly watched television as kids, we were out on our bicycles, in our back gardens, playing board and card games, on rainy days, down at the pool or beach in the summer. 1/2
