Fortunately my insurance covered it. The therapist used it in several different trouble spots on multiple visits. It really was amazing how loosened things up. They also showed me how to use kenezio tape to support my cranky knee. Easy and helpful as well.

I've been to physical therapy through the decades starting at my feet and all the way up. My feet are flat, arthritis in knees, and more. You learn things in PT that help. Aging gets us all, too. I had dry needling last year at PT. It was amazing. If something works for you, that's what matters.
