Sadly, I couldn't reach Hollow Knight's true ending (too hard), but, thankfully, Silksong is easier so...True ending + mushroom cutscene (which ruined the atmosphere a little).

It's very good to know that there are different ways to paint that create equally successfull result: in this case - all the colours being at the same "initial idea"-level. After all art process should be pleasant for the artist, not some rule book everyone should follow.

I noticed the limited palette in your works, but thought this choice is mostly dependent on the overall theme of the world in which the characters are placed: colour being strictly bound by the object/environment. I'm more used to: "object-first, colour-second".

It seems like a good opportunity to ask something I've been curious about. Do you usually have a precise idea of a colour palette for a painting or do you start to think deeply about the colours only after the initial sketch?
