Seconding for Maia's Game Room as well, can't go wrong starting anywhere in her podcast really. Great players, good audio, awesome stories, all that.

My vote goes to the Maia's Game Room podcast, she's putting out some great work and I would love to see what she could do with that kind of support behind her. I mean, listen to any of her episodes or even just the trailer she just dropped for the new series. ⭐

Whether you care about views or not, you’re implicitly asking strangers to spend hours of their life on your content. That comes with a baseline responsibility: make it understandable, make it listenable, don’t waste their time.

But this take is romanticized almost to the point of misleading. A diverse cast and song in your heart is great, but it doesn't answer so many of the realities of starting a new AP in this space

When you upload to Spotify or YouTube and call it an “actual play,” you're now in a crowded marketplace

Hard disagree, craft and care is what gets you noticed. Also having audible voices, cutting dead air, cast chemistry, and editing for the audience.

Yeah you don't have to worry about sound fx, overlays, etc
