I’d love to forward your presentation to my leadership team. We work with PHP and IOP level of care, which is rather stressful and chaotic. I’d like to motivate them to make these changes to best support our staff and prevent burnout!

This approach goes against my beliefs as a mental healthcare professional. Levels of care can be changed, and forming that connection and security needs to be first an foremost. Instilling hope is essential to successful treatment.
