Update to my Mishos web app for tracking TV shows for anyone interested.

The first is big news! I've published Docker images so anyone can try it out now.

- Added onboarding screen to create the initial user
- Added an export data option in settings (import coming soon)

I created a thing! "Mishos" is a self hosted TV show tracking application. I watch a lot of TV shows and I like to keep track but I would prefer to not share my watch habits with companies that want to sell my data.
