Growing up we always had homemade mac and cheese with the baked breadcrumb topping as the blue box was too expensive for 7 people. I'm gluten free now and just discovered Banza mac and cheese and I'm hooked!

Temper your eggs with a little pasta water and it won't fail to coat the pasta and cook the egg. Also, keep the starchy water and use as a base for marinara.

My clothes come from thrift/consignment shops, we buy our food from the local grocer that sources from local farms and gifts come from our General store that supports local craftsmen.
