Kaelir, an Earth Genasi(half elf in game cuz the og mod broke) Druid of the Stars. He was born during a meteor shower and grew to love the stars. He was making a star map as he got picked up by the mind flayers.

There is a special well for reincarnation of the Astral Elf royals. It looks like a giant pool full of golden water with a large apple tree in the center. Whenever a royal dies, a piece of their spirit enters the apple and falls into the water. After 7 hours, they are reborn at the same age.
