Movie Sonic's design irks me so much; it feels so wrong. I wish they'd stuck with that awful pre-design and made the movie a one-off.
At least the original design fits the uninspired writing, wonky tone, and Alvin and the Chipmunks-esq nature of the film.

Movie Sonic's design irks me so much; it feels so wrong. I wish they'd stuck with that awful pre-design and made the movie a one-off.
At least the original design fits the uninspired writing, wonky tone, and Alvin and the Chipmunks-esq nature of the film.

Besides greed, I don't get why video game movies always have to be live-action slop instead of proper adaptations that respect the source material and provide a memorable and exciting experience.
