The Monocrystal plant in Russian Shebekino had been damaged in a Ukrainian attack on May 27, 2023. Now a court ordered the insurer to pay 37.7m ruble for the damages because the Russian Federation has not declared a state of war on its territory and exclusion rules based on that do not apply.
