Added light-rendering to the Regulator City editor.. Too many times I was playing a level I made and found out I forgot to add lights to specific rooms. This should make that a lot easier to find and fix before I dive in! #indiegames

Finally got myself to finish up the special ability for this character.. this has been on the todo list for MONTHS!
