Been messing with Strinova a bit. It's a solid F2P shooter with a silly mechanic to turn 2D. a grid to unlock new chars if you don't want to pay money. The gatcha is just for skins and such (at the moment)

There's a 100% free game on steam called "20 Small Mazes" and it's just that.
20 mazes presented all at once. You use the mouse to move them around and decide what order to do them in. I finished the whole thing in about 45 mins and it was a good time.

Last year I started the FGC Mahjong Discord to organize Riichi mahjong games at FGC events. Now 300 members strong, it's gone from struggling to get games going, to having 2+ tables running at events.
