I'd take a good look at your renters agreement. There is probably a section that has this exact scenario and what will happen in the situation that the owner sells the building. Sometimes you as a tenant transfer to the next owner of the building.

Felt pretty alright this morning, felt a little groggy because of the few hours I got to sleep. But no hangover as no alchohol was cosumed yesterday.

I personally think the early morning is nicer. Most people are at work or aren't yet going to the grocery store. It's mostly fully stocked in the morning, especially around the holidays. At night is also nice but then not all things are stocked anymore.
