There is an investigation but reportedly no evidence of a struggle so the preliminary report is suicides. So nothing to report yet that’s newsworthy. Suicides happen many times a day in US.

This is a very good point.

I like the sentiment but everyone even trumpers talk about it.

You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time. But…
An election is won by the most popular person. Hopefully those people are also persuasive without being assholes.

I want to live in a country where restraint and decorum are the rule.
May 30, 2025 at 3:55 PM
I was trying to figure out what you do in response to what I understood your position was. I think you believe that Ds lost because they supported genocide. I think that is a distinct but minority position. The perception in particularly Michigan of that cost them votes there and in other Arab voter
May 16, 2025 at 1:47 PM
Tell me what the real issue is. I thought we started with my comment that the poling shows that many voters thought LGBT was the top priority for Ds. You started with something else I will let you describe what something else was.
May 16, 2025 at 1:45 PM
So you don’t want to give Israel any funds for purchasing military equipment. At least it’s a position.
May 16, 2025 at 12:48 PM
You haven’t answered the question of what to do about arming Israel. You have dodged it repeatedly. Apparently you don’t have an idea. You present a problem and fail to answer it.
May 16, 2025 at 12:03 PM
What am I doing? I thought I was exchanging ideas with someone.
May 15, 2025 at 10:54 PM
You miss my point. Both sides did it so both sides are responsible. Blaming only one is illogical.
I have asked. Asking again. What would you have us do for a military budget for Israel?
May 15, 2025 at 6:47 PM
You argue that Ds were involved in the funding of genocide. You started saying they supported genocide. Now you have shifted a bit to say finding implies genocide support. I think Israel has gone too far in punishing Gaza for Hamas actions but I don’t think we can stop supporting Israel military.
May 15, 2025 at 2:10 PM
Hmmm. So now we are talking about funding the Israeli military as promoting genocide. Not a surprising shift but a distinct one. Fine. Both parties supported that as both have since at least the 50s. Are you writing that we should stop doing that? Because we don’t like what they do with weapons?
May 15, 2025 at 2:05 PM
You literally wrote that Ds supported genocide. The Rs made the same votes and more of them voted that way. So the actions were the government not Ds. The actions were the same for both. So by your assessment the government supported genocide. The idea that arming Israel supports genocide is flawed
May 15, 2025 at 12:20 PM
Bipartisan vote in congress to supply weapons.
You seem to have abandoned your original statement that Ds said they supported genocide. I have agreed that both parties have the weapons and I have been unable to understand why the Ds get blamed for it when R were vociferous in support of Israel.
May 15, 2025 at 12:37 AM
Writing that no D favored genocide is not semantics. It’s factual. I didn’t demand. I looked and found no supper for your position. I think it’s a reasonable ask of you to give me an instance where a D said they supported genocide. It’s clear that none did. Illogical to conclude that Ds wanted it.
May 13, 2025 at 8:26 PM
Just because many felt that way doesn’t make it true. Ds never said it. Again Rs have the same support. But few of any concluded they supported genocide.
Sending weapons was supported by both. Why do you think it was Ds who should be seen as supporting genocide. Again no D said it.
May 13, 2025 at 8:22 PM
I already wrote that many concluded that Ds helping Israel felt that was supporting genocide. I also wrote that Rs were more vocal in supporting weapons to Israel but somehow the Ds were the ones supporting genocide.
You wrote Ds supported genocide. That literally is false.
May 13, 2025 at 8:01 PM
I looked on Google. I found no support for your position. I can’t cite to something that didn’t happen. You wrote that it happened. I did some research. It is incumbent on a person making an assertion that something happened to offer some proof than mere assertion.
Again. I looked. No one said it.
May 13, 2025 at 7:25 PM
Also. Googling shows that many thought D support of Israel was supporting genocide. Rs supported Israel more vocally so I am at a lose why people thought Ds supported genocide and not. Rs. I guess many D supporters were upset that their party didn’t support Palestinians. Landslide loss result.
May 13, 2025 at 6:54 PM
Every loss has multiple reasons. Polling shows that those upset with D party thought the first priority was LGBT rights. I recall it was an issue and voters who oppose trans people were highly motivated to vote R.

What genocide did any D support and please give an example and cite who said it

Putting full LGBTQ eights first lost the last election and it will lose the next. It’s not that a majority might not believe that. The majority doesn’t think it’s the most important thing.
