Oh, the glamorous life of owning and running a small restaurant. On a day off on my over-a-half-century hands and knees scrubbing corners of the kitchen floor - but, I get to listen to music not played when customers are in the house. We introduced a new Pierogi on Sunday: House-smoked whitefish, with sautéed organic onions, organic dill, pasture-raised egg in our organic flour dough. Served with Regina’s organic micro greens and our dill sauce. We’ll have them again on Friday!

We will be closed on Easter Sunday, but you will be able to preorder frozen pierogi to pick up the Thursday, Friday, or Saturday before. You’ll just need to boil and sauté as you like them.
