Turned it off. Had to fix the boot drive and rebuild the sector but it works now. I love command prompt.

No Ctrl Alt del didn't bring up task manager I'm starting to think it could be the ssd.

The windows screen is there but when you hit a key it won't progress to the log in.

And certain command prompts weren't recognized. Which seemed weird. Felt malicious.

Here should be fine. The windows login won't advance to a password or pin. System restore doesn't work. Reboot doesn't seem to find the pathway to a USB. Ethernet connection didn't work solutions either.
