Thanks for info and sorry for delay. I don’t have a pressure cooker so did in slow cooker. Threw in some stout beer I had on hand as well. I loved it

kind of a different thing, but I was doing loop duty at my kids elementary school and a woman pulled up to drop her two kids off with this hanging from the rear view mirror. just bizarre
