I thought carpenter too - big big boy. Yes Japanese honeysuckle. Very expansive (invasive) - here in Midwest USA - but use it on my fence line for some privacy and our friends the bees. Little bugger just wants a friend to play with 🤣. Always get a laugh when our Georgie kills her friend the fly.
