This is absolutely terrifying. I think it’s going to disappear very quietly though because it will endanger some of the highest real estate in town and won’t move forward but won’t be vocally condemned because of the volatility of politics these days.

That the article went back to 2020 was one of the most damning statements. I remember staying up late that night wondering how it could happen. I never dreamed that night would lead to where we are today.

It’s things like this that make me hate getting out of bed. It feels hopeless. I still hold a thread of hope that there is the possibility of people standing up against the corruption. I want people to wake up and end the apathy, even understanding why so many feel that way and think it’s hopeless.
