Meet Dorothy, the hen who loves to land on heads and shoulders unannounced, especially if food’s involved. She’s all cuddles when snacks are in play, but don’t be fooled. I’m fully aware she’s a tiny dinosaur who’d gladly eat my eyeballs if I dropped dead. Affection has its limits!

This weekend Munchkin Wensleydale surprised us with an abscess behind her eyeball. How, you ask? We have no clue, she’s keeping it a secret. Thankfully, Dr. Jason worked his magic w/an ultrasound, pain meds, antibiotics & steroids. She’s well on her way to a full recovery & looking as sassy as ever!
