Exactly 80 years ago this precise moment (8:40am Hamburg time, Nov. 30, 1945), German submarine commander Heinz-Wilhelm Eck and two of his former subordinates on the U-852 were shot by Allies in Hamburg for killing the survivors of a ship they had sunk. Pete Hagueseth needs to lawyer up immediately.

This probably helps to explain why I haven't seen much evidence of boycotts against Target in my region (I'm in the DMV area). Foot traffic hasn't declined there in any way I can see and in fact business is still strong and steady there, including among Black shoppers.

Have never seen much evidence of boycotts in my area (the mid-atlantic). Business there is still strong and steady and some days they're even packed, including Black shoppers.
