Yesterday (in spite of the weather) I managed a decent day in London at a Sounds Queer peer mixer with @helpmusicians.bsky.social, talking administrivia around self-management as an independent queer musician and (ultimately) assembling a team - something I think is probably overdue...

Last Wednesday, doing a live set in the studio. Looks like one person was there, but there were a *lot* of folk behind the photographer. Pleased. Maybe back on it again, dunno yet. Tour next April? Possibly. Who knows.

Fully aware I've not done a launch gig for the new album, I'll be doing a 25-30 minute set at Wakefield Artwalk (Wed 27 Nov), in my own space at Westgate Studios.

Most likely around 8:45pm, but tbc.
