Here's a pic of a typical disabled curb cut in Seattle. How does it compare to what they're installing in GV? Raised bumps on a plastic pad, standard dimensions and slopes.

I don't read it, except for the rare gift article. I was reminded why this morning when someone posted the below sentence from the NYT. The worst writing is the result of trying very hard not to say anything while maintaining the illusion of meaning, and this is a perfect example.
